Here's what you need to know about ordering, shipping and at-store pickup at Mellow Monkey.

1. Our retail store in Stratford, Connecticut continues to be closed to the public for in person sales

2. You can place an order for any item that we sell either on our website or that you have seen in store by ordering:

3. Orders will be fulfilled DAILY out of our retail store location.


4. When you checkout, you need to choose one of the following options:


  • We can ship your order to any location in the USA

  • If you are shipping a gift order, make sure you enter the delivery address in the Shipping Address section.

  • Personalized greeting card orders will ship to the address you provide in the personalized section of each card.

  • (FREE Shipping offer for orders of $25 or more). 

  • Orders received by 10am during the week will ship same day.

  • Orders received by 10am Saturday and that will ship US Mail will ship same day.

  • Orders received after 10am Saturday and on Sunday will ship the next business day.


  • If you prefer to pick up your order at our retail store location, choose this option. 

  • At store pick up orders are processed within 1-2 hours of receipt.

  • Daily at store pick up hours are:

Monday-Saturday 12 noon - 4 pm*


*If you require a different time to pick up (or Sunday pick up), please contact us by phone to make special arrangements (we can usually accommodate)


  • Do NOT come to the store until you have received an email stating that your order is ready for pick up.

Here is how contact-less pick up works:

    1. After receiving email confirmation that your order is ready for pick up, please call us at the number below when you have arrived at the store

    2. 888-300-0631 - option 1. 

    3. Alternatively, there is a doorbell to the left of our front door which you may also use.

    4. Remain in your car.

    5. We will then bring your order outside to the front of the store and place it on one of the white Adirondack chairs. 

    6. Please remain in your car until your order has been brought to the front and we give you the thumbs up!

    7. There is no need to sign for this order.

    We realize these steps are very much outside the norm of our regular business and we will miss the hugs, laughter and smiles. But we are taking these extraordinary steps for the well being of all during this pandemic. Thank you for your understanding.
