When we opened The Showroom early this year, we became focused on both locally themed products and wall art, as well as artwork and products created by local artists. Demand for sustainable home decor created locally - and in particular from reclaimed materials sourced locally - is stronger than ever.
Mellow Monkey is proud to announce this year's selection of Connecticut artists to participate in our special artists nights - where each come in with their work and effectively take over the showroom. Not just any Connecticut artist can participate. Much like a juried show where quality comes first, we hand pick the best of the best - and work to ensure we are presenting a good cross section of decorative styles that fit with today's home fashions and trends.
We are proud to present this talented group of artists and hope that you will join us for each of these special nights - not only to see their work, but to meet and speak to the artists themselves over a glass of wine.
