Connecticut Open House Day at Mellow Monkey Stratford June 13th 2026

Mellow Monkey is pleased to once again announce its participation in the Connecticut Office of Tourism's “Open House Day” on Saturday, June 13, 2026. 

Mellow Monkey Gifts and Decor is a statewide destination and an experience that goes way beyond shopping. And once again, we're participating in Connecticut Open House Day 2026 . This is the annual event where the best of Connecticut shows itself off to both state residents as well as out-of-state visitors.

Our store is located in a warehouse along the Housatonic River where it meets Long Island Sound - and has all the coastal vibe and feels of your favorite vacation gift shop.

Special Events During CT Open House at Mellow Monkey:

10am - 6pm

1. Free Beeswax candle made by Connecticut maker, Little Bee, just for visiting the store (no purchase necessary)

2. The Drowsy Whaler will be on site from 10am-2pm. Enjoy a complimentary beverage with a purchase of $100 in store.
