We shop online too, so we know that the last thing anyone needs is a complicated returns process
 

SIMPLY STATED: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused merchandise in its original purchase condition and packaging  within 15 days of order date for store credit. 

HOLIDAY PURCHASES:

Items purchased between Oct 23-Dec 24, 2023 are eligible for return or exchange through Jan 15, 2024 (exclusions apply):

Holiday/Seasonal merchandise including Christmas and Halloween, jewelry, benefit merchandise and all sale items including items that have been discounted via any promotion are not returnable.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: You must return the item to the store either in person or delivered via prepaid shipping within 15 days of purchase:

NOTE: you must insure your package and provide your order number with the return. Returned items received damaged in shipping and items without the order number provided will not be processed.  Items returned that do not meet the returns criteria will not be processed or returned to you.

If you received Free Shipping with your order, our cost to ship the returned items will be deducted from any refund credit you may receive.  Any shipping costs you paid are non-refundable.

ARRIVED DAMAGED: If a product you received arrived damaged, you must report this to us within 5 days of receipt of your order.  Please furnish us with a photo via email of the damaged item AND the shipping box or mailer via email to customerservice@mellowmonkey.com   Please also include a statement in your email indicating that the product was delivered by the carrier damaged

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT: If you are returning an item due to a defect in workmanship, you must report this to us within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please furnish us with a photo that illustrates the defect via email to  customerservice@mellowmonkey.com

WRONG PRODUCT: If you believe we made a mistake and sent through something other than what you ordered, please contact us immediately so that we can remedy the error.  email us at customerservice@mellowmonkey.com

IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS:  Returned merchandise must not have been used, worn, have opened packaging, missing parts, missing warranty cards and manuals, missing UPC/barcodes, or be in a condition other than how they were received.  Merchandise that does not meet these criteria will NOT be accepted for return. No exceptions.

Any unauthorized return and/or package you refuse delivery of is subject to the actual outbound shipping charges and up to a 50% restocking fee – both of which will be deducted from the order refund (returned international orders may be subject to higher restocking fees.)  COD or freight collect returns will be refused.  Order shipping costs are not refundable.  Final disposition is the decision of Mellow Monkey.

PREPARING YOUR PACKAGE FOR RETURN:

  • Pack the products into a shipping box or mailer with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. You can use the original box or mailer provided the item will be protected in shipment.  Be sure to include all original packaging.
  • Include the order packing slip or the order number in the package.
  • Clearly print the address (above) on the outside of the package.
  • We STRONGLY suggest that your return package is insured with tracking number (note: Priority Mail includes $50 insurance, UPS and FEDEX include $100 insurance). Any claims for items received damaged must be made by the shipper (you) directly with the carrier. We cannot accept responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged returns. 
  • Consider purchasing your shipping label online at the US Postal Service website to obtain discounted rates over those charged at the Post Office counter.
