• Although the resin is scratch resistant, marks will occur if enough pressure is used.
• It is recommended to cut and present food on the wooden part. These can be used everyday for cutting, special events as a cheese and charcuterie board and when not in use you can use it as a piece of your kitchen decor.
  
  
• Care instructions: hand wash and polish with food safe oil on board. Stainless steel tray just use light soap and water. Use oil to maintain the wood every 4-5 weeks.
